How Partner Matching Works
When you submit a form on TrueRateGuide, we use the information you provide — such as loan amount, credit range, state of residence, and purpose — to match you with partners most likely to have relevant offers for you. This process may involve:

- Partners performing a soft credit inquiry to pre-qualify you (soft pulls do not affect your credit score)
- Partners contacting you by phone, email, or text message to present offers
- Your information being shared with up to several partners depending on your request type
You are never obligated to accept any offer. All final credit decisions are made by the lender, not by TrueRateGuide.
Partner Standards
